1. HOW TO ENTER:  Consumers and guests must register for a chance to win by filling out the digital contest entry form from April 17, 2024 through April 30, 2024.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of OH only, except for employees of Procter & Gamble (“Sponsor”), Marc Glassman, Inc. (“Judges”), their affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household.  Void where prohibited.
3. DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing by Marc’s Advertising and Buyers office. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.  Winners will be notified by phone. 
4. PRIZES: Five (5) Prizes:  P&G Brand Cleaning Products.    Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $600.  Limit one prize per family/household.  No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  All prizes will be awarded.
5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: The winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release Marc’s, their parent companies, affiliates, employees, and advertising, promotional agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in conjunction with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity.  Winners must consent to use their name, voice, picture, and/or other likeness without compensation, for promotional purposes as determined by the sponsor. All federal, state, sales, and local taxes, insurance, title, dock fees, delivery, and additional fees, if applicable, of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.   No substitutions, prize cannot be redeemed for cash value and are non-transferable except at sponsor’s option for a prize of equivalent value.  No purchase necessary, void where prohibited. All decisions made by Marc’s are final and binding.
