  • 6 ears of Sweet Bi-color Corn on the Cob
  • 6 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt & pepper

Preheat your grill to high heat & oil the grates so the corn does not stick.  Peel back the corn husks without removing them.  Remove all the silk from each husk and apply one tablespoon of butter to each ear.  Season with salt & pepper, don't over season, as you can add more before you eat it.  Wrap the corn seperately in foil & grill for about 30 minutes.  If you like some char to add a smoked flavor, peel back husks & place on oiled grill until desired amount.  Enjoy!
