Directions In a medium sized saucepan, bring the lemon juice, water, honey and thyme to a boil on medium heat, letting the honey disolve into the mixture. Let the syrup simmer for 5-10 minutes then remove from heat and let sit for 10-15 minutes covered. Filter through a fine mesh, pushing the flavors out of the thyme. Throw away the filtered remnants. Cut your fruit in medium sized slices & place on your bowl or plate. Drizzle your syrup over the fruit & top with almonds, fresh thyme & a lemon or orange zest if desired.
