Directions Peel your citrus, removing as much of the white pith as possible. Cut into wheels & remove all seeds. Layer on a plate, add pomegranate and onion to garnish if desired. Sprinkle a bit of salt over to bring out the sweet tastes. In a mixing bowl, mix together the honey, olive oil, vinegar and lime juice with a wisk.
