Radish and Onion Honey Dijon Summer Salad

  • 2 lbs. Fresh Radishes
  • 1 lb. Fresh Genuine Vidalia Onions
  • 2/3 cup Fresh Basil
  • Honey Dijon Mustard Dressing
  • 1/3 cup of olive oil

  1. Wash your radishes and trim off any unwanted areas.
  2. Cut your radishes into quarters.
  3. Wash, trim and thinly slice your onions.
  4. With a food processor or knife, chop 1/2 cup of basil.
  5. Mix both vegetables together and add the honey dijon, chopped basil & olive oil.
  6. Shake to spread evenly on all vegetables.
  7. Scoop the mix onto your plates & garnish with fresh basil.
  8. Enjoy!
