Grilled Barbeque Chicken Wrap

For the Chicken:
  • 10-12 chicken tenders
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon BBQ dry rub
For the Wraps:
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ head Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • ½ yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ orange bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup Queso Fresco
  • ½ cup Santa Fe tortilla strips
  • Ranch dressing

  1. In a small mixing bowl, mix together brown sugar and BBQ seasoning. 
  2. Pour the mixture into a large plastic bag, placing the chicken tenders in & shaking until coated. 
  3. Once coated, place on the grill for about 4-5 minutes each side. 
  4. Once cooked thoroughly, slice into long strips. 
  5. Arrange each tortilla by filling with lettuce, peppers, chickens, avocado, cheese, and tortilla strips.
  6. Drizzle with ranch dressing, fold up, and serve.
