  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can (29 oz.) pumpkin
  • 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed


  1. Heat dressing in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until crisp-tender.
  2. Add pumpkin, chicken broth, sugar and red pepper; mix well. Stir in water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  3. Stir in cream cheese; cook 3 to 5 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly with whisk.
