Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. boneless ribs    
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar    
  • 1⁄3 cup ketchup    
  • 3⁄4 cup chili sauce    
  • 1⁄4 cup soy sauce    
  • 1⁄4 cup Worcestershire sauce    
  • 1⁄4 cup whiskey    
  • 2 tablespoons ground mustard    
  • 1 tablespoon instant minced onion    
  • pepper

Directions

  1. In a large pot, combine all your ingredients. 
  2. Bring the sauce to a low boil, backing down the temperature to a simmer. 
  3. Allow to cook for about 45 minutes. 
  4. Wrap the ribs in foil, making sure to pour the remaining sauce over the meat and place in a baking dish or pan. 
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1.5 hours before removing the foil and cook uncovered for an additional 45 minutes. 
  6. Serve & enjoy!
