Directions Preheat your grill to a medium heat and oil the grate. Divide your ground beef into 6 even patties, making sure not to over work them. Season with salt, pepper & meat tenderizer. In a medium sized pan or skillet, melt butter, adding the mushrooms and soy sauce cooking until browned. Grill your patties until cooked throughout, usually about 6 minutes per side. Scoop even portions of your mushroom mixture from earlier on to each burger. Cover each burger with a slice of swiss cheese & close lid to allow it to melt. Serve on a bun or on it's own & enjoy!
