• 1 – 24 oz. jar Francesco Rinaldi Marinara
(or any Francesco Rinaldi variety)
• 1 lb. Egg Noodles (extra wide)
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 – 15 oz. container ricotta cheese
• 1 – 16 oz. container cottage cheese
• 1 tsp. onion powder
• ½ tsp. garlic powder
• Salt & pepper to taste
Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions.
While the noodles are boiling, cook the ground beef in a large pan with deep sides, chopping it as it cooks. Once the meat is browned, add the Francesco Rinaldi Pasta Sauce, ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt &pepper. Warm over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until lightly simmering.
Drain the noodles and add to the pan with the beef mixture. Stir to evenly coat. Serve.
