Cheesy Green Bean Casserole 1179505074

Ingredients:

  • 2 pkg (16 oz each) frozen French-cut grean beans, thawed, drained (canned works as well)
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 lb. (8oz.) cheese bar, (recommended - VELVEETA) cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1-1/2cups of hot water
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 pkg (6 oz.) Stuffing (recommended - Stove- Top Chicken Stuffing mix)
  • 6 oz. Crispy fried onions

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Spray 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Combine beans and soup in casserole dish; top with cheese.
  3. Add butter  to hot water in medium bowl; stir until melted. Stir in stuffing mix just until moistened.
  4. Top with fried onions
  5. Bake 35-40 mins or until heated through.
