  • 1/4 cup olive oil    
  • 3 lbs ground chicken    
  • 3 large carrots, diced
  • 2 onions , diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced   
  • 1 bay leaf    
  • 2 cups chicken stock    
  • 2 jars marinara sauce 
  • 1 lb spaghetti noodles

  1. In a large pot, preheat on medium heat your olive oil and add your ground chicken. 
  2. Brown your meat by breaking it apart in the pot. Once cooked, add your garlic, onions and carrots.
  3. Cook until the vegetables start to get softened. In the pot with these items, add your marinara, chicken stock and bay leaf. 
  4. Mix all items evenly.  Let the sauce come to a quick boil & place on simmer until the noodles are ready.  Boil your pasta until a tender desired texture. 
  5. Drain the remaining water, serve & top with the Bolognese sauce. 
  6. Enjoy!
