Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. DOLE® Chopped Sunflower Crunch Kit
  • 2 cups thinly sliced yellow squash
  • 1/2 pound Brussels Sprouts, trimmed, halved, and sliced
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced Red Onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cups sliced DOLE Strawberries
  • 1/8 cup hemp seeds or crushed flax seeds
  • 1/8 cup pumpkin seeds

Directions

  1. Combine salad blend, bacon, and sunflower seeds from salad kit with yellow squash, Brussels sprouts, red onion, and parsley.
  2. Add Sweet Onion & Citrus dressing from salad kit and toss to combine. Top with strawberries and spoon into serving bowl. Top with hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds.
  3. Tip: Sprinkle the hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds just prior to serving for a nice crunch.
